facing your fears this spooky season

You know what’s really scary (even more so than the ghosts and goblins of halloween)?
The paralyzing weight of uncertainty and the fear of others’ opinions that hold us back from reaching our true potential.
Do any of these sound like you when you think about sharing your message?
“Who am I to say that?”
“Someone else with a bigger following is already doing/sharing that message.”
“What will the people who know me think or say?”
“What will strangers think of me, or worse, say directly to me?”
If any of these sound or feel like what you’ve been thinking, you’re not alone. I've felt all of them at one time or another, and it’s one of the most common hurdles that hold my clients back from making the impact they were uniquely designed to make.
My message for you this spooky season:
  1. You have something to say. Don’t let that voice inside your head telling you that you don’t, it’s not ready, not good enough, or that it’s already been said, prevent you from saying it. There is someone out there who needs to hear it.
  2. Those people whose criticism we fear...they’re paying way less attention than we think! Those who are watching are the ones who want to see you succeed. They are in your corner and cheering you on!
  3. Saying ‘yes’ to things that scare you and that you’ve never done before is the only way to grow into the person you hope to become.
It all starts with stepping out of your comfort zone and being willing to make mistakes along the way. When we get out of our heads, and into action (without the fear and uncertainty),  we open ourselves up for infinite potential.
What if there was nothing holding you back? What would that life look like?
The time is now and the place is here.
