Hi! I’m Casey.

My approach is rooted in my background in business. I spent the first part of my career running my family’s business, growing it 2X in 5 years, serving over 18,000 clients and leading a successful team to make it all happen.

My education is in interpersonal & behavioral communication, and business & organizational communication from CU-Boulder. As well as training as a coach through CTI (Coaches Training Institute). Combine that, with my degree in Creative Advertising - and you get me! A combination of business, meets creativity, meets emotional intelligence guru.

When I found myself at a crossroads in my career, I made the decision to see a life coach. I was encouraged to re-define my values and what success looked like for me, look within, and overcome my own struggles with self-esteem, self-doubt & the fears that were holding me back from making the changes I needed.

My own journey of self-discovery and transformation has turned into my lifelong mission and career in helping empower others to see their true potential, achieve their goals and create meaningful change.
